Entries:

• One entry per horse/rider combination per show. Mail or email entry and payment to the Secretary at address given below. Or enter online at equestrianentries.com.

• Online entries may be paid online by credit card (a small fee applies), venmo to @highpointfarm1993, or an entry form printed out and mailed with a check (made out to High Point Farm) for full fees to secretary.
• Regardless of method of payment, a signed GDCTA hold harmless and current coggins must be mailed, or emailed to:

• Entries must be in the secretaries hand before closing date. Entries may be accepted after closing date if space permits and late fee paid.

Arenas: Introductory classes and USEA tests will be ridden in a small arena (20×40). Training Level and above will be ridden in a large arena (20×60).
Dress: Formal attire encouraged but not mandatory. Polo shirts acceptable. No tee shirts. Half chaps are permitted. ASTM/SEI helmets mandatory when mounted and appropriate footwear required.

Awards:
• Ribbons awarded through 6th place. Classes will be split into Junior and Adult divisions if entries warrant.
• High Point awards will be awarded to the horse/rider with the highest and second highest score in
Dressage and the lowest and second lowest penalty points in CT.
• * Lisa Seger Insurance Medal will be awarded to the highest placed Adult Amateur in Training Level
Test 3. Winner will be eligible for the Final to be held at the GDCTA Schooling Show in August

Series High Point Award:
• Must participate in at least 3 of the 5 shows and have at least 3 scores.
• Dressage winner will be the horse/rider combination with the highest average score from all their scores received at our shows. CT winner will be the horse/rider pair with the lowest average penalty points.
Refunds: Scratches prior to or on closing date: all fees except office fee will be refunded. Scratches after closing date: credit for all fees less office fee for a future show will be given with vet or doctor’s excuse.

Credit must be used within 1 year of scratched show. Inclement weather is not a valid excuse for scratching.

Substitutions: Substitution of horse or rider before or after the closing date will require a new entry form with a new office fee. Class fees will be transferred to the new entry.
Confirmation/Times: Confirmation of entry will be by email. All email addresses must be clearly printed on entry form. Ride times will be posted on website (www.highpointfarm.org) and emailed to competitors

Thursday before the show. It is the responsibility of the competitor to notify management of any ride conflicts as soon as possible after times have been published.

Non-Compete Horse: Non-compete horses are welcome as space permits. A complete entry is required along with coggins, signatures and office fee, stabling fee, and non-compete horse fee paid.
Special Classes: If there is a class you would like to compete in and you don’t see it here, just ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Directions: From Athens, take 441 South to Bishop. LEFT on Astondale Rd to STOP sign; Church on Right. RIGHT on Colham Ferry Road. The Riding Academy is .5 miles past the training facility on the left. There will be signs.

Management reserves the right to refuse or limit entries, to add or divide classes, to add or substitute judges or make whatever changes are required by circumstances to the competition herein for the improvement of the competition. Entries will be accepted on a first-come basis before the closing date or until show is filled.
