AAHC Trail Series – Breyer Model Horse Scavenger Hunt at Ashland

Riders MUST be back by noon to qualify for prizes and must be present to win.
Location: Ashland Farms 1541 Hwy 138 Walnut Grove. **IMPORTANT: Ashland Farm has 3 entrances. Use this one!**
Early Breyer Registration (before Apr 11): $40 for Members (AAHC or Ashland), $55 for Non-Members, $10/extra lunch
Last minute Registration (after Apr 11): $50 for members(AAHC or Ashland), $65 for Non-members, extra lunches unavailable
Come join us for a Breyer’s Horse scavenger hunt at Ashland Farms!
Our rides are usually 4 to 6 miles long, consisting of mild to moderate terrain. All Breyer Horses can be spotted from horseback and captured with your phone/camera. No need to dismount unless you are truly dedicated to the scavenge.
There are three divisions: Saddle Spotters, Horse of the Year, and Model Horse.
Saddle spotters: Prize for the person who finds the most Breyer’s along the trail
Horse of the year: Prize for the person with the most theme appropriate dress
Model horse: Prize for the person who rides closest to optimum safe time
No dogs please. Helmets are required for all AAHC events with horses.
Can’t ride but want to come hang out and help? We would LOVE to have a few Volunteers between 8AM-3PM on the day of the event. If you have a couple of free hours, come hang out, help out, and enjoy lunch with us! Please reach out to Athensareahorsecommunity@gmail.com to volunteer.
