🚫 Signs at Harbins
A sign snafu had bikes allowed on the equestrian trails at Harbins. The correct signs were quickly reinstalled—thank you to the county parks team for such a fast response!
🌧️ Trail Erosion
Erosion concerns have been noted at both Mulberry and Harbins. Plans are already in place to address the problem areas at Mulberry’s entrance as soon as weather conditions allow.
🐴 Obstacle Course Idea
There’s interest in creating an equestrian obstacle course at Harbins. Details are being gathered, and the proposal will be shared with the parks department for review.
📜 Mulberry Master Plan
The original master plan for Little Mulberry included additional equestrian trails. A copy has been sent to the county for review so they can determine whether more trails may be added in the future.
🤝 Meet the Horse Day
Planning is underway for a spring community event to help promote equestrian awareness and engagement. Stay tuned for more details!
